• Handle daily HR operations in a Shared Services Environment including on-boarding, off boarding, staff transfers, work visa, HR reporting, leave management, insurance administration, etc.

• Take part in the administration of the HKIE training schemes

• Ensure the timely delivery of HR Shared Services in line with service level agreement.

• Collaborate effectively and efficiently with internal HR teams and within Shared Service team to execute daily HR operations

• Collaborate with the offshore HRSS Support Centre on daily operation queries and transactions.

• Participate in global HR transformation projects

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Human Resources / Business Management or related disciplines

• 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in HR/ Business Administration

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese with strong communications, interpersonal skills to work in a multinational environment

• Able to work both independently and as a team player

• Capable to handle multiple tasks in a tight time frame

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Vision, Word and PowerPoint)

• Immediate available is preferred

• Fresh graduates will also be considered

Additional Information

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $55,000.00 - $70,000.00
